Our core of culture at Salvage Yard is that we can make anything awesome. When we opened in 2020, we were taking over a closed pizza delivery and takeout shop called Louie’s Pizza Co. With the hard-work, dedication, and innovation of our employees, we have rebranded into Salvage Yard Bar and Grill. We serve some of the best deep dish pizza in St. Louis! We don’t want our customers worrying about anything when they come to Salvage Yard other than if they should get an extra appetizer or cocktail. We added to the original Louie’s menu with items from the former Georgio’s Italian Restaurant, as well as some of the very best recipes we’ve come across over the years. The result is Salvage Yard Bar and Grill, a modern Italian restaurant great for dates, special occasions, or just because.
